Definitions
1.1 The Client — a legal entity or a natural person who has entered into this Agreement and to whom Biznyss grants, under this Agreement, the license to use the Service under the Agreement.
1.2 The Service — a web service available at www.biznyss.com which let you build a website and after that administering a website based on own domain.
1.3 The Client's Account -During the registration process, you will create a password and receive log in details for your account the account that will be activated for the Client for using the Service after accepting the Agreement by the Client.
1.4 The Content — any information made available by or via the Service (e.g. photographs, written text, data files, computer software, music or other audio files, videos, etc).
1.5 The Client's Content — Content created or made available via the Service by the Client.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
2.1 By accessing the website www.biznyss.com or by registering to purchase or using any of our products or services you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.2 The Client acknowledges and agrees that the form and nature of the service may change from time to time due to the fact that Biznyss is constantly innovating and improving the service.
2.3 The Client accepts and agrees that the service may contain information which is confidential and that the Client undertakes not to disclose such information.
2.4 The Client accepts and agrees that Biznyss owns all intellectual property rights to the service, notwithstanding of whether those rights are registered or not.
2.5 The Biznyss user is agrees to comply with all laws that apply to them and their end-users, within the applicable jurisdiction.
2.6 The Biznyss user agrees to be responsible for all contents published, made available, provided or stored by them on their Biznyss-Web Platform.
2.7 Biznyss user agrees to the sole responsibility for the saving and securing of their Web Platform data. Users should regularly create backups of all their Biznyss enabled Pages in order to avoid damages due to data loss.
Prohibited Uses
3.1 Biznyss users are prohibited from undertaking any act on their Biznyss enabled Web platform which violates the law.
3.2 They are prohibited from undertaking any action or performing any action on Biznyss enabled Web Platfrom which violates the right of third party vendors.
3.3 Advertising of content that is pornographic, obscene or immoral in nature is prohibited.
3.4 Copyrighted Content like music, movies or games that you do not own the rights to, you are prohibited to use them.
3.5 Biznyss users are prohibited from creating a site meant to trick users into providing their username and password that is for phishing.
Limitation of Liability
4.1 To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties or other terms which may apply to our site or services or any content on it, whether express or implied.
4.2 We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by virus, or other harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data due to your use of our site or services or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.
4.3 We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract arising under or in connection with use of, or inability to use, our site or services

Refund Policy
5.1 All paid Biznyss accounts, include a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with such account service for any reason, you can receive a full refund if you cancel your account within 30 days of activation, or within 30 days of your contract being renewed.
5.2 Please direct refund requests to support@biznyss.com with the subject line: Refund Request
5.3 If you cancellation date is after your next bill cycle you will be charged for the next period. We will not be obliged to make any refund of the balance of any pre-paid billing period.
5.4 Should you elect to upgrade your services, then the billing date of the next renewal period will remain the same, but you will be billed immediately the pro-rata upgraded services fee for the remainder of the billing period.
5.5 Should you elect to downgrade your services; the downgrade will take effect on the commencement of the next renewal period. Biznyss does not provide refunds on downgrades that are effective during the applicable billing period (whether such period is a month, quarter or year).
Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1 We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability and completeness of the material, services, software, text graphics and links on our website.
6.2 No warranties apply to the service except to the extent expressly stipulated in the Agreement.
6.3 We are not responsible for the deletion, failure to store, miss delivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material.
Data
7.1 All information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, goods, products, services or other materials you post on a your Biznyss web platform via the Service are the sole property of the person from which such Content originated. You are responsible for all Content that you upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. We do not control the Content you post via the Service.
7.2 With the posting of content the Biznyss user grants usage rights to the various content to store the content on the Biznyss servers as well as to publish and make such content publicly available
General
8.1 The Agreement constitutes the whole legal agreement between the Client and Biznyss for using the Service, and completely replaces any prior agreements between the Client and Biznyss in relation to the Service.
8.2 Any disputes related to the Agreement are to be solved by means of negotiations. If the dispute cannot be solved by means of negotiations, the dispute shall be solved in Jurisdiction of state of Uttar Pradesh, India
